| d | Calling all doctors, nurses, and urban legend spreaders: Jackie sees some pretty crazy cases come through her hospital...and we've all heard about the myths of foreign objects in places they don't normally belong...let's make a list of the most unbelievable examples of things seen in the ER. |

| 1. | michaelbeezner | An attorney in CA was released from a trauma center after having a cell phone removed from his rectum. “My dog drags the thing all over the house,” he said later. “He must have dragged it into the shower. I slipped on the tile, tripped against the dog and sat down right on the thing.” |
| 2. | Sharathv | A morbidly obese man was admitted into the ER with an infection covering one of his skin folds. Doctors confirmed that it was caused by a viral infection but couldn't locate the cause. Then a doctor lifted the fold and a month-old turkey sandwich fell out. |
| 3. | Andrea | Paramedics where called to a couple who where entangled together. Man and woman arrived in the ER still together, they had to give the woman a shot of valium to release her from the man. Apparently things like this happen a lot in the ER. |
| 4. | Andrea | So this poor guy arrived in the ER having suffered a rectal prolapse due to a milk bottle, no kidding that was told to us by a paramedic. |
| 5. | artiste45 | My sister works at a hospital up north,...they had a guy come in with a paperweight up his arse! he had it removed in surgery and they had to send it to the lab for verification, "yep it is a paperweight",.... |
